What is the ManageLife subscription?

At ManageLife, we understand that managing your home is time consuming and can be frustrating. Dealing with repairs, maintenance, and unexpected surprises is stressful and takes away from your free time. ManageLife Subscription simplifies home management and allows you to submit service requests and keep track of your home inventory.

ManageLife Subscription Members live in their own homes. A subscription member can live in any type of house, apartment, condo, or vacation home. Our Subscription meets your needs by giving you our platform to manage your own home. It’s like having a property manager and personal assistant at your fingertips. With ManageLife, you can take the hassle out of managing a home and free up your time for the things you love.

What are the benefits of being a ManageLife Subscription Member?

What is the difference between a ManageLife Subscription Member and using other service providers?

ML Subscription Members will have the ability to store their home inventory to complete a smooth, and more efficient service request when issues arise.

  • Easy communication with technician in the app ahead of your appointment

How does a ManageLife Subscription Member submit service requests (SR)?

A SR is submitted through the ManageLife Member App. After clicking on the item in your home inventory, you will fill out a SR form which includes information involving that item in addition to pictures/videos which will be sent to the technician ahead of time. You will be able to choose the day/time that fits YOUR schedule.

What is the difference between a ManageLife Member and a ManageLife Subscription Member?

A ManageLife Member lives in one of our homes. A Subscription Member lives in their own home and has access to our app to submit service requests and connect to our network of local trusted technicians. ML Members have priority scheduling for maintenance requests and can earn rewards through Life Coin Tokens.

Does a Subscription Member earn Life Coin Rewards?

No, in order to receive Life coin rewards, the member must live in a ManageLife owned home to earn the rewards.

Can my children that move out use my membership or will i have to buy a new one?

If they are added as an Authorized User, they will be able to access your home and request services when needed on your behalf. If you want separate subscription plans for two houses, you will need to purchase an additional subscription in their name.

Are there discounts for multiple memberships?

Not at this time

Can I be a subscription member living in a rental property?

Yes, we offer several types of home services such as carpet cleaning, house cleaning, handyman services, lawn/garden, pickup/delivery, and personalized concierge assistance. However, please note, you will have to pay for maintenance if requested. If you do not want to be charged maintenance fees, please reach out to your landlord.  

Who inventories a ManageLife Subscription Member home?

  • A member can choose to inventory their own home or contact ManageLife and we will be happy to have an inventory specialist assist you in completing this very important task.  Prices will vary depending on the subscription package purchased.

Do you have to qualify to become a ManageLife Subscription Member?

No, you become a member by paying the subscription fee. 

Can I have multiple people under the same account?

Yes, you will have a main account holder and can designate authorized users with varying levels of permissions.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes – you can cancel at any time through the app, but once it’s cancelled all data will be inaccessible until account is reactivated

Can I use this subscription for my apartment?

Yes, we offer several types of home services such as carpet cleaning, house cleaning, handyman services, pickup/delivery, and personalized concierge assistance. However, please note, you will have to pay for maintenance if requested. If you do not want to be charged maintenance fees, please reach out to your apartment management company.  

Can I have multiple homes under one subscription membership?

No, only one house is allowed per subscription plan. However, you can purchase multiple subscription memberships if needed.

Will the prices change for landscaping if I have a large yard?

Yes, please request a quote for proper pricing for any landscaping needs

Can I use the same handyman or company for all my service requests?

At this time no, but we are working on a preferred technician feature that can allow you to request specific technicians.
